How is your holiday shopping going? I think I'm in pretty good shape -- I went into a complete fugue state on Friday and ordered a ton of stuff, so who even knows? Maybe all of it is crazy! One thing I do know is that I need to get some stocking stuffers, still. I do my sister and my husband's stocking so if you are my sister or my husband, stop reading now! I MEAN IT. GOODBYE.

Now that they're gone: I love shopping for stocking stuffers. Most families, I think, have some stocking traditions -- I have a friend who always gets an orange, like she's Laura Ingalls Wilder (complimentary); my mom always used to give me [thank you notes](https://thehuntingtonstore.org/products/japanese-designs-boxed-notecards?%5Fpos=6&%5Fsid=024a76c48&%5Fss=r&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) and[ fancy soap.](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34969402?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) I like to include scratcher lottery tickets, and chocolates in the ones I do; this year,[ I got everyone one of the Panda Inn/Compartes chocolate bars](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34965183?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). (It's always a hoot to[ go to World Market and look at their candy, too](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34973177?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). World Market has amazing stocking stuffers. Don't you want [a Corgi Butt Wall Mounted Bottle Opener?](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34973692?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)) But I truly think that anything small enough to fit into a stocking makes for a great stocking stuffer -- [lip gloss](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34965519?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) ([this seems like a good moment to note that Sephora is having a 20% off everything sale](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34965389?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)), [socks](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34965589?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), a [Rubik's cube](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34965890?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). (This [lip balm also seems very luxe](https://go.shopmy.us/p-35283360?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io).) I think stickers are great stocking stuffers; what about [these scratch-and-sniff ones,](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34966213?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) or [this one for Dirty Dancing fans?](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34966254?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) You probably know someone who needs [a nail file shaped like a cat, or a dog, where you scratch the pet's belly to file your nails](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34966340?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). I also think it's fun to give an adult something you might give a kid --[ like Hot Wheels,](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34967956?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) [Silly Putty](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34968931?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), or a [Slinky](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34968879?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). (Obviously, these are also fun for actual kids, but you know what I mean.) [Baublebar is having a big sale on their holiday jewelry, which includes ornaments](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34974723?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \-- g[et that bow tie pasta ornament now](https://go.shopmy.us/p-35344405?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)! (Or[ these snowflakes!](https://go.shopmy.us/p-34975692?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) Or [candy cane hoops](https://go.shopmy.us/p-35079427?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)!) I'm not sure how you're gonna fit it in a stocking, but [this Old Navy Diet Coke sweatshirt deserves to go home with one of you.](https://go.shopmy.us/p-35283225?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)
