(Photo by John Salangsang/Golden Globes 2024/Golden Globes 2024 via Getty Images) This was SO dreamy. What a way to kick off the year! ## Simona Tabasco in Marni ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/12/GettyImages-1935978092-1735253454.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 15: Simona Tabasco attends the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on January 15, 2024 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Neilson Barnard/Getty Images) FABULOUS. This might be my personal favorite of the year. ## America Ferrera in Versace ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/12/GettyImages-2074894162-1735253581.jpg) HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - MARCH 10: America Ferrera attends the 96th Annual Academy Awards on March 10, 2024 in Hollywood, California. (Photo by Sarah Morris/WireImage) Not only was she deemed best dressed at the Oscars, this might be a personal best for her overall. So good. ## Zendaya in Maison Margiela ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/12/GettyImages-2151878777-1735253632.jpg) NEW YORK, NEW YORK - MAY 06: Zendaya attends the 2024 Costume Institute Benefit for "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion" at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 06, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Taylor Hill/Getty Images) She wore two looks on this carpet but there was no need. This is so hard to top. Even by herself. It's PERFECT for the sleeping beauty theme, too. ## Christine Baranski in Oscar de la Renta ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/12/GettyImages-2172247893-1735253642.jpg) LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - SEPTEMBER 15: Christine Baranski attends the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards at Peacock Theater on September 15, 2024 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by Kevin Mazur/Getty Images) The Emmys here had a VERY tight run-off and she barely beat Kristen Wiig and Ayo Edebiri. So this was incredibly well-won! ## Sarah Snook in Prabal Gurung ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/12/GettyImages-1917055780-1735253346.jpg) BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 07: Sarah Snook attends the 81st Annual Golden Globe Awards at The Beverly Hilton on January 07, 2024 in Beverly Hills, California. (Photo by Axelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic) The good news: She showed up at later awards shows looking A MILLION percent better. (I like her AND I like Prabal so much, this was just a misfire on both parts.) ## Alex Borstein ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/12/GettyImages-1928400596-1735253398.jpg) US actress Alex Bornstein arrives for the 75th Emmy Awards at the Peacock Theatre at L.A. Live in Los Angeles on January 15, 2024\. (Photo by Frederic J. Brown / AFP) (Photo by FREDERIC J. BROWN/AFP via Getty Images) She ALSO looked great at her next big event. Everyone took their notes! I believe this was self-designed and that is difficult to pull-off successfully. ## Erika Alexander in Christian Siriano ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/12/GettyImages-2074156291-1735253464.jpg) HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - MARCH 10: Erika Alexander attends the 96th Annual Academy Awards on March 10, 2024 in Hollywood, California. (Photo by Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic) [She turned around and looked amazing like....three hours after this!](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/oscars-post-parties-those-who-changed/2024-vanity-fair-oscar-party-hosted-by-radhika-jones-arrivals-76?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) Even Siriano on the pre-show was like, "this look isn't for everyone!!!" ## Zoe Saldana in Chloe ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2024/12/GettyImages-2151233511-1735253623.jpg) Zoe Saldana at the 2024 Met Gala: "Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion" held at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 6, 2024 in New York City. (Photo by Gilbert Flores/Variety via Getty Images) I predict bigger things for her in 2025; this landed here thanks to committing the cardinal sin of being very boring. VERY boring.
