## Best Dressed Ceremony: Naomi Watts

I'm sure there's a MEGAWATTS joke I can make about this somehow, but let's just say that she looked tremendous and leave it at that. She did barely edge out Chastain, but [Jessica won Best Dressed last year, so it's nice of her to share the wealth.](https://gofugyourself.com/oscars-2012-best-and-worst-03-2012?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)

## Best Dressed Parties: Amy Adams

BARELY squeaking past Nina Dobrev, Amy Adams and Oscar de la Renta take The Party Division, proving once and for all that Fug Nation loves a metallic.

## Worst Dress Ceremony: Anne Hathaway

Anne has earned a high seed in Fug Madness this year, I fear.

## Worst Dressed: Parties

The sad thing is, this dress could have been fantastic, but for an injudicious use of Killer Cleavage.

[Fug Nation's Oscars Best and WorstAnd finally, the 2013 Oscars are seriously put to bed. Until a week and a half from now when Fug Madness starts and IT'S ON. Please meet your winners and losers! And let us know if you thought our new system of breaking it into parties/ceremony was a good one -- I thought it made life way easier, but we always want to hear from you. \[Photos: Getty\]![](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/content/files/www-gofugyourself-com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/162591260-419x699.xml)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/fug-nations-oscars-best-and-worst-03-2013/)
