Can't say enough about how charming an actress she is; can't say enough about how UNKIND that gown is.
Lots of people liked this dress, but I'll tell you why we didn't: Alice + Olivia, to me, is a brand that's made for people who are 25 and under. And there's nothing wrong with NOT being 25 and under, but it often means that when you're in Alice + Olivia you look like you're playing a different kind of dress-up. (Also, I actually just kind of didn't like the pattern. It's REALLY... like, I think it's the background of a decorative plate with a large-eyed cat painted on it.)
This is big and stuff and drab and just... not flattering any of her assets.
A muddled mess.
Stuffytown.
I seriously keep thinking those are glittery bike shorts. Which are GREAT for showing off your sass at SoulCycle, but not so much anywhere else.
It's not black, which for her feels like a miracle, but it's also extremely weird.
That blouse is doing a thousand injustices to her, so much so that I can't even PROCESS whether the skirt is doing the same.
This feels like part of a horror movie about dolls and human possession.

Backless, and in the end, goodless.
Yeesh.
Some of you liked this, but I just can't get over thinking it's an elaborate mess.
