This is very short. I know this because a) I have eyes, and b) appropriately, as I saw this photo, the Spices were in the act of helping deliver a baby -- the cleanest delivery in history; even the baby came out freshly showered -- and proclaiming childbirth to be the Ultimate Girl Power, and I thought to myself, "Blake's skirt is definitely childbirth-friendly." It's sort of pretty. And the top is growing on me, even though the lobby of my grandmother's condo building had that EXACT throw-pillow. But do I like these separates together?

I wish I had a better angle on this, but from the front, I'm not wild about the proportions -- the skirt is maybe a tad high-waisted to also be that short, and the result is not terribly flattering. Oddly, the heel height on the shoes also seems off. Somehow, with certain skirts, I think you have to go giant or go home. And that is something the Spice Girls would appreciate, as right now they are performing 'Spice Up Your Life' in various leopard outfits and/or pieces of lingerie. Scary actually has her hair bound up in those weird pyramids that look like cat ears. And about ten minutes ago Posh screamed, "SLAP ME," and Ginger (?) obliged. I love this movie. I love it more than I love this outfit.

At least Blake's hair has gone back to its normal, easy-breezy self. Much like how I wish Posh would go back to her Victoria Adams angular bob. Aha, you thought I couldn't get one more Spice reference in here, but YOU WERE WRONG. There is ALWAYS MORE SPICE IN THIS CABINET.
