I don't particularly dislike this, but I do think I liked it better when I thought it was vintage. No offense to Top Shop, as I love Top Shop and am thrilled we have it in Los Angeles now, but the IDEA that it was old and unique made up for the parts I don't like about it -- namely, that it's EXTREMELY Church Brunch-y and ergo makes me crave pancakes.
