Okay, so this Cravat + Glasses situation is clearly now Business As Usual for Paul Bettany, and we're all going to have to accept it. He's turning into a Noted Kook -- a man can *certainly* be a kook; look at Johnny Depp! Look, for the love of God, at STEPHEN TYLER -- and his form of expression is neckwear:
