I love Christian -- I really do -- and I think he's talented. But this feels very much like it was overtly inspired by Giambattista Valli and tastes a little bit like a retread.

## Kacey Musgraves (and Reba)

She changed for her performance, and this totally falls into the Fancy Lampshade category that always entertains me. She looks pretty and also a little bit like a figure skater doing a bridal-themed long skate. (Reba looks amazing.)

But it's wise of her to cut down on the spangles when she's on stage with The Queen of The Spangle, the glorious Dolly Parton

[Fug or Fab: Kacey Musgraves in Christian Siriano at the CMA AwardsKacey Musgraves is one of those celebrities that I like despite knowing basically nothing about her. She often shows up for things dressed like a fancy lampshade, which I appreciate; every time I happen to see her singing on TV, I think, "oh, she sounds great! This song is good!"; people I know seem to love her; and she appeared on an episode of one of my very favorite guilty pleasure TV shows, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders: Making the Team DON'T JUDGE ME THAT SHOW IS AMAZING I'VE SEEN EVERY EPISODE and she was totally charming and also had very good notes for the women. \[Photos: Getty Images\]![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/bf/b9/bfb99790-924d-4e41-a7e6-5e3c6e04fe57/content/images/static-gofugyourself-com/uploads/2016/11/gettyimages-620656940.jpg)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/fug-or-fab-kacey-musgraves-in-christian-siriano-at-the-cma-awards-11-2016/)
