Apparently, these crop tops ARE happening. And this is cracktacular. Like a cheerleader meets Esther Williams meets Judith Light during the heyday of *Who's The Boss?*.

I have never said this before, and will never say this again, but: that crop top might work better without the blazer. It looks more tropical and less like someone made a terrible, terrible error when getting dressed for her big board meeting.

This happened earlier this week and I love it. Part of it I like ironically -- the shoes are HILARIOUS, in that I am pretty sure my Jem doll (of, And the Holograms) had them, and the headband is likewise -- but I am quite serious when I tell you that a strapless highlighter-yellow sequined cocktail dress is MY JAM.
