This dress... has happened. It's HIDEOUS. It's for a *Gone With The Wind*\-themed hootenanny, which, to my knowledge, was NOT the dress code for the *Scandal* premiere. She seriously looks like she just tumbled out of a Laura Ingalls Wilder book, possibly right in the middle of churning butter with Ma and having a juicy conversation about how to make your own lambskin condoms.

This feels like a vast plane of sameness. She looks pretty, but she also sort of looks like she's wrapped herself in lined notebook paper.

You know pregnancy rumors are rumbling when the Getty photogs make sure to get a picture of a woman's mid-section -- I mean, her handbag. This clutch is actually great, though I'm not sure that I feel like it totally works with the dress. Basically, I long for a wee bit of color in her accessories.

I love this pattern but those sleeves are a big heaping pile of crazy that got overly attached to an ascot -- and those are words that never should be placed together outside of a Mad Lib.
