Obviously, Bluebell has a club called the Fraternal Order of the Owls. They all hoot at one another. Also obviously, Zoe looks really cute here. Can we all talk about how great it is that apparently we can all wear a variety of jean leg widths again? FREEDOM OF CHOICE. This IS a great country!

AND this jacket is TOTALLY cute. AND her hair is adorable. AND we had no formal shorts. THINGS ARE GOOD.

I enjoyed that shirt on Lemon when I first saw it on Kim Richards on RHoBH. I just hope THIS isn't going to end with Lemon having to go to rehab and then make an account of her actions to Andy Cohen. Actually...maybe I do want that. If I'm being scrupulously honest.

Lemon's sister Magnolia is kind of a snooze. But she did spend the entire episode staring at Hot Neighbor Wade thusly.

Because he was wearing this. Can you blame her? His pecs are bizarrely mesmerizing. Also, Magnolia's pink lace dress is kind of cute, if not totally bike-convenient. Can someone please explain to me how they're riding their bikes without their skirt blowing up? Every time I try to ride in a skirt, I feel like I'm flashing everyone. Los Angeles has enough problems.

I wish Lemon would wear a color this week. This is like the dress equivalent of oatmeal. I do, however, appreciate how much they've toned down her styling. Her bob is SO MUCH better straight. Now she only looks like a refugee from The Help about 40% of the time, which is approximately the percentage of the time that I myself look like a refugee from something or other, so I can live with this.

This is for you Tim Matheson Enthusiasts.

This is for you Carl Winslow Enthusiasts.

This is for you Black Lace Cocktail Dress enthusiasts.

I think we can all agree that only Lavon Hayes has the cojones to pull off seersucker pants with such elan. He is one sharp dresser. I love it. Now he and Lemon just need to figure out their romantical problems and all will be right with the world.

This, obviously, occurred at a huge variety show the town held to fete George, Man of the Year, because it's not a Josh Schwartz show if every episode doesn't feature a party of some kind. (Including Chuck, where MANY a party was infiltrated.) I just hope to see Carl wearing this in the background of a future episode. Just, like, wandering by eating an ice cream cone and wearing this hat. I treasure him.

On the other hand, I hope to never see Lemon wearing this again. I also hope to never listen to her sing, or pretend to sing, again. It truly is beyond me why Jaime King -- who is not as terrible as she was at the beginning of the season, in fairness -- was given the most emotionally delicate and complicated role on this entire show when she is, in fact, the least experienced and worst actor. I know I am hard on her but HOW DID THAT HAPPEN? Also: I think we've hit our top hat limit for this season.

Cute pants! This whole episode was about cute pants. In fact, more and more, this show as a whole is less about formal shorts, and more about cute pants. ARE YOU TRYING TO SEDUCE ME, SHOW? Because it's working.
