Seriously, do we think this started life as a waxwork of someone else, and then at the eleventh hour the boss was like, "We need Scarlett! Just stick her face on the one you've got!" From the neck down she's basically more Penelope Cruz than Scarlett Johansson. I don't even care if that's an exact dress she once wore. It's not a ScarJo look at all.

It looks faintly better from this angle. FAINTLY. But it's still way more Miss USA, or Some Host On *Extra*, or whatever.
