I know it's a Las Vegas pool party, so theoretically you're dressing to hang out in a deck chair drinking fruity alcoholic beverages and occasionally maybe dipping a toe in the water while wearing a giant sun hat. But for the photo op portion of events, wouldn't you go with... a cute sundress, or a serviceable tunic/cover-up? The sequined loincloth and giant sweater robe aren't really doing anyone any favors. She looks like a very confused personal assistant to a gladiator.

I also really do not like her hair this way. It doesn't look healthy and it's not super flattering to her face -- her mother was always better as a brunette also (and I assume Bruce was as well, although obviously Hot Steely-Squiny Baldie is obviously his best-ever look, like he's some kind of Action Tom Colicchio), so I wish she'd stick to what works best with what she's been given. She was cute on *90210* that time and she occasionally pulls out a dress that's actually very cool, so I wish she didn't look so... shambolic the rest of the time. Even that LBD is just... no. Although I might need a second look at the jacket.

Here is Rumer a couple weeks ago at the premiere of *G.I. Joe: We Postponed The Sequel To Add More Channing Tatum Because He Got Famous All Of A Sudden*, and while I do not care for the black bra/white blouse combination, overall she looks a lot more put-together and polished, and her hair does not look chicken-fried. Rumer, today you are making me wistful for an outfit that involves a visible undergarment. Not auspicious.
