# Fug or Fab: Kate Bosworth

From the matted-looking hair to the waxen sheen of her skin to the odd lip color and dead eyes (and yes, they're different-colored, which I think is really nifty), Kate Bosworth here looks like a very harried mannequin.

In fact, she kind of looks like *Mannequin*, minus the constantly feathered hair. I am hopeful that her night did not end with her on a conveyor belt heading conveniently feet-first toward a shredder. Because I think Andrew McCarthy might be getting a tad old to haul women out of a blade-infested vacuum.Let's see what she's got happening from the neck down:

I can't help it -- I kind of love this. It's so much more neon than I usually gravitate toward, but it's just really fun, and I like that she used the touch of black on the neck as her jumping-off point for accessories, instead of trying to throw in, like, blue shoes and a ton of blingy jewelry. If she didn't look quite so green around the gills, like she huffed the can of Silly String before she decorated the dress with it, then I think it'd be a total winner.
