Last time I saw a picture of Rachel Bilson, she looked moderately homeless:

So I like what she wore over the weekend simply by virtue of the fact that it's not Duh By Derelicte.

But on its own merits? I'm not so sure. The fabric and trim remind me of a lampshade my parents had back in '78, and while they were pretty groovy back in the day, I'm not sure if anyone ought to be wearing thirty-year old home decor.
