And now there seem to be some glitter patches on the skirt in random places. The waist one, I get -- it's where a belt would be -- but what's with the others? Pockets? Fancy emery patches?

That off-center leather thing on her collar looks like a leash. And the boob patch looks like... a boob patch. Seriously. It's like her breast wants to be a pirate, or someone walked up to her and slapped a depressed Post-It note to her nipple to remind her never to wear this again. Here's hoping it worked.
