Perennial Fug Madness contender Melissa George didn't make the cut this year, but she's been very busy lately trying to make a case for herself for 2012 -- beginning with this tube dress that's been mated with a grapevine and a ruffle she covertly chopped out of a drawing room at Windsor Castle. Even the lady in the picture with her seems to be leaning away, all, "When the bobbies come for you I want to be WELL out of truncheon range."
