I kind of enjoy Gaga's Shakira hair, but the rest of her is dressed up like a 1980s living room.

She probably could have left the shoes at Plymouth Rock, but otherwise, I like this. Even WITH the arm capes. Maybe especially with them. They're absurd in a way that feels in-character, but not mean to my senses.

It's creepy that this photo makes it look like a fan is stroking her (I hope it's just that she's holding her phone and we're blocked by the keratin yoga mat strapped to Gaga's head). But seriously, isn't it public indecency to walk around with your nipples on display? Then again, she's clearly in her best patent waders for her annual fishing trip, so hardly anyone but the marine life will have to look at them.
