I don't know the story of why Elizabeth McGovern wears dog tags. She doesn't appear to have said, or else my Google Fu is weak. But she looks nice here -- a bit more pulled-together than Dockery even though she's in jeans. It's weird to see Cora so casual but it suits her as well as the costumes do.
