Roksanda Ilincic is one of those designers I'll always be interested in even if I don't like everything unreservedly, and that's because of outfits like this. And yes, that coat is crazy. I LOVE the fabric of that skirt, but not perhaps the giant flea collar it built around her waist. As I hear the strains of "Short Skirt Long Jacket" run through my head, I find myself wishing, again, she just had on a groovy coat with something simpler underneath, because the outfit is loudly squabbling with itself. The building, that is, not the customer eating.
