DISAPPOINTED. This could have been so cool, if the basic garment itself didn't look so shoddily put-together. The zipper shooting down below the belt looks terrible. It's bunching everywhere. It looks puckered rather than proper, and the sleeve on the left makes me wonder if they're just sort of shapeless as well. I just... I could have loved this. I don't.

I'm not sure I ever could have loved this. I admire her shoe-packing efficiency -- she made the same pair work with both outfits -- but otherwise I am not sure I think giant buttons will ever look that chic.

This is actually from earlier in September, but we missed it because of Fashion Week. It's Stella McCartney, but... I actually LOVE it on her and I think the brogues with it are superb. Even a stopped clock is right twice a day, eh, McCartney?
