I at least really like that skirt. If you spread it out, it probably portrays a place that I'd like to be. A place I wish I could be sitting in right now, with loved ones and a really great sandwich.

Those are, as neutral shoes go, pretty. The shape is nice. They look soft. I just feel like they are wasted here, on a cute but colorful dress that has no place for them. Even black would have been less jarring.

Boring shoe, boring dress. She looks good, but... also, she's at the track. If that gleaming white mini didn't get SUPER DIRTY by the time that day was over, she wasn't doing the track correctly.

Before we judge, she looked non-hammered in other photos; this is just one where she's evidently trying to be funny. I DO think I would not have worn a bralet to a VIP box at a horse race, though. Or perhaps I'm old-school.

I like about 85 percent of this, and would tweak the rest. The color is lovely; I actually think the necklace might be too much. Also, lining, shoes, yada yada yada.
