This is sort of interesting, right? That sounds really wishy-washy, and maybe it is. But I think I'm okay with the top part, hesitant around where it hits the waist, and then confused by why it changes to the ruffles at the bottom. Maybe if the whole skirt, starting AT the waist, were ruffled. Or maybe if it continued exactly as it began. I don't hate it, but I can't wholly embrace it either.
