Kristen Wiig

Unhemmed things and satin things are major pet peeves of mine. Unhemmed satin things are like doubling down on cyanide poisoning by adding Drano to the mix.

I'm showing my age here, but then again, my age is no great secret, so might as well let it all hang out: This photo makes me want her to star in a Scarecrow and Mrs. King remake.

Melissa McCarthy in custom Judy B. Swartz

That sleeve length is a tiny bit awkward on her, but mostly I think she looks smashing and HOORAY for a hot pair of shoes.

Leslie Jones

I love her necklace, and will only accept that skirt if it turns out her SNL faux- crush Colin Jost lost a bet to her and had to nibble on her garment for exactly the length of an entire Ghostbusters screening.

Kate McKinnon

She looks pretty, and I feel like she wears almost exclusively this -- or its close ilk -- every time she attends one of these things.

Nina Dobrev

That hemline pattern is a dead ringer for the dress we just saw Kourtney Kardashian wearing... I wonder if they are kin. I also wish we could cut this off higher and just make it a sweater, because as a dress it looks like she intentionally shrank it.

Riki Lindhome

Scrunchies: they're not just for ponytails anymore.

Busy Philipps

Oy. It's the IKEA of jumpsuits: Efficient, basic, fits the space you have, going to get replaced by something you actually LIKE once you have the time and money to find it.

Rachel Bloom

I think someone rudely told Rachel that this was a convention, not a cocktail party.

Julie Bowen

There is something cool about this, but then Ye Olde Scrolldown kicks in and we end in some truly problematic hooves.

Lea Michele

At first my eyes tricked me, and I thought that long piece of fringe was actually a CANE. And I would have been TOTALLY on board with Lea Michele deciding to wander around town twirling a novelty walking stick. As for the dress... well, the fringe is silly. The bones of it are interesting? I don't know. I'm too distracted by her hair, which is that weird hue that might think it's blonde but is actually just the color of walnuts.

Sarah Hyland

This is a weird step backward for her. Or a leap, perhaps. Like, I feel like she's wearing the outfit of a Wakefield sister but the hairdo of one of Nancy Drew's friends.

Lauren Lapkus

I LOVE that dress. We need to take her shoe-shopping, though.

Mayim Bialik

Great skirt, Mayim, but you too need new shoes. Should we just charter a bus?

Fugs and Fabs: Elle Women in Comedy Event
We've seen the covers; now let's see how they celebrated them. Spoiler: I don't know who does win, but it's definitely not Kristen Wiig. [Photos: Getty]
