I read somewhere that after she tweeted something in support of "Empire," she got a bunch of compliments on "your new show," which... it's great that people associate her with a diverse workplace, but not that they expect that EVERY diverse workplace could only have come from her.

I'm undecided on this. Part of me thinks it's good, and part of me wonders if it's a tiny bit frumpy on her. But mostly, I'm enjoying the optical illusion that those flowers might actually all be flamingos. And in the final analysis I think I like this better than her Globes dress.

[Fugs and Fabs: Elle's Women in Television EventI tried to arrange this one as bad-good-bad-good, etc. (although it kind of backfired on me), so as to give you the maximum amount of whiplash.
