Whilst I find it hard to sign off on a pleated pants/tube-top-cape combo, even I have to admit that (a) this color is great, and (b) this is cuter than it sounds, and (c) I mean, I always like a cape.

MzVee's Wikipedia page tells us that she is "a Ghanaian afropop, dancehall and R&B artiste." I both enjoy the use of the word "artiste" in her Wiki entry and think she looks great.
