I think she's carrying this off as well as anyone can, but let's get real: That is a straight-up Calvin Klein bra. Period.

Celine looks so fantastic. I love her.

And she looks gorgeous, of course, but I rather wish she'd gone Short And Sparkly for this event.

This kind of looks like three different outfits grafted together at the last minute.

And it's not any better in red.

This is sort of wacky, but it works on Heidi, no? It's fun to see her wearing something that veers weird rather than tacky?

Listen, in the pantheon of latex dresses...it beats Kim's.

Leaving aside why I'm not totally sure why Jessica Alba is at the Billboard Awards -- it doesn't really seem to be her demographic anymore? -- I think we could argue that she might be trying to make herself unrecognizable here.

I like this...but perhaps for October, not April.

In which Lucy tries to remain unmoved by the fact that Halsey is wearing a scarf with a shower curtain. (Halsey also managed to make an introduction of a performer ALL about her: "I am proud to say that I am a fan of this person so let me present MY friend..." Ugh.)

Also, I really do need to know why non-hosts feel compelled to change outfits to present. Did the person who gave you the red-carpet dress know you were ditching it for the TV cameras? Why bother? What was any of this in aid of, friend? Other than possibly a Pagan ritual.

This is soothingly beautiful.

This color is AMAZING on her. I remain unmoved by the seat-belt detailing on the strap, though.

I adore K. Bell, but I wish that didn't end in bell bottoms. I adore K Hahn and I think she looks super in this; it's so quirky. I also like Mila just fine, but that dress feels a little...juvenile? I don't know. It doesn't move me.

She looks so doubtful. Kate, perk up. Your new movie is GREAT.

This feels very Kardashian-adjacent. Kardashijacent?

Whaaaaaaat. This is for, say, Tove Lo Opens The Saucy Adult Pool At Caesar's Palace. Not the Billboards.

FINALLY, she kills it at an awards show. Well played, milady.

I love you, Pink. NEVER CHANGE. On a night where Britney badly lip-synched her entire medley -- which was of "greatest hits" that loosely interpreted both of those words -- and she looked like she couldn't focus on anything but what her next step was, it was so nice to see Pink come out and annihilate her performance. She sang live over a backing track, which I am not opposed to when you are doing aerial work TWICE in a set (the other time, she had a rope spin her out over the crowd, per usual). I just... I love her for mixing showmanship with vocals.
