From the front, this feels like it came straight from the Hannah Horvath Handbook For Modern-Day Babydoll Minidresses. I say Hannah and not her portrayer, Lena Dunham, because I actually think Lena is less afraid of fitted stuff and seems content to keep the Defcon 1 Flash Risk for her on-camera work.
I actually think she could fit another person in there, if they stood back to back. I'm sure stranger things have been attempted at Comic Con.
Obviously, the lack of Nina Dobrev in this picture is going to make all the fans wonder if things are strange on set now that she and Ian broke up. DRAMA. But he looks like he's doing fine, and everyone else here looks good, too, especially Candace -- those are great shoes with such a simple dress. Kat just makes me laugh. She's like a superhero stripper -- I could totally see that dress, and cleavage, on the cover of a Marvel comic. Throw on some boots and call her The Zipper.
This is that semi-annual moment where everyone says, "Oh, RIGHT, they're married!" But normally he's super dapper and be-suited, so I'm sort of sad that she and their future offspring look adorable, while he looks like he just popped over from the hardware store.
This is adorable, and I would love the shoes if we could get rid of the massive platform. It would behoove her not to be hooved.
For some reason I find it really creepy that I can see the band of his underwear. Well, not "for some reason." For full reasons. Namely, we shouldn't be seeing the band of your underwear.
These ladies are all on the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. show, which... I should reserve judgement, but the Upfronts clip reel was a massive snore for me, although Marvel + Joss Whedon = Comic Con Swooning. Chloe, on the left, you might recognize from her small role in Nashville as Gunnar's fling. Sadly, her outfit looks like a demented cheerleader costume. Elizabeth Henstridge looks totally normal and casual and summery. And Ming-Na is binding them together looking like she's already plotting her Dancing With The Stars run.
Holland used to ALWAYS wear red lipstick, regardless of whether the outfit demanded it; I think this one might, and now it's nowhere in sight.
It was pretty hot here recently, but this weekend wasn't too bad so I'm not sure quite why so many people wore tank-dress tents. This one at least appears to answer the question of boob support by coming with its own built-in sports bra.
What kind of dryer do you own that only shrinks HALF your dress?
Then again, if you have a dryer that shrinks ALL of your outfit, you end up looking like this: too tight, too tiny, and yet strangely, still a polterbulge.
This feels so Miley. And I'm back to thinking that's not such a shrewd thing.
Those shoes look like clog prison.
Somehow he always looks so bemused to be anywhere.
The rodeo camp welcome rally starts in five minutes next to the statue of Luke Perry in 8 Seconds. Be there.
I was going to say this is two great tastes that don't go so well together, but actually, it might be one adequate taste and one that's going down my throat like an Ajax milkshake. I wish the skirt were a simple pencil cut.
Sophie is in Once Upon A Time In Wonderland, in which her character spends some time in a mental hospital, and I DO definitely feel like these are the pajamas of a crazy person so perhaps she's in costume.
I'm not sure this is what grandma had in mind when she passed along those ancestral table linens.
This is the kind of thing that tricks me into thinking I need leather pants. I DON'T. I don't have those legs. I DO NOT NEED TO GO TO THERE. And yet...
I miss Chuck. She looks so great in this -- really simple but also SUPER cute. I want one. I will also accept her physique as well, if that comes with it in a strange cosmic buy-one-get-abs-free deal.
