From what I can tell from Wikipedia, Emma Willis here is one of Great Britain's preeminent hosts of like REALLY TERRIBLE reality shows. I actually think this outfit is totally cute.

Can someone please explain to me how MARK WRIGHT of *The Only Way Is Essex* ended up at a Woman of the Year event? Other than because he really loves women? I am only through season 2 of TOWIE at the moment and can we just talk about (a) how he is secretly hilar and (b) how is it SO NOT GOING TO WORK OUT with him and Lauren? They are the Audrina and Justin-Bobby of TOWIE. He would look lovely if his suit jacket fit properly, though.
