This outfit works for me but I just decided that Alexa Chung sort of resembles Former MTV VJ Jesse Camp in this photo -- I think it's the hair? -- and now I can't unsee it. She's like his more-pulled-together British cousin.

Sooooo, at some point the sun came out and there's no better time to wear one's shorty watermelon shorts. (I would have loved some watermelon shorts in fifth grade. I would have worn them nearly daily.)

EVERYONE is wearing their wellies and tromping about and my reaction is always, no matter what the person in question is wearing, "well, at least those Hunter boots are a classic." (Hello. I live in Los Angeles. I own three pairs of rain boots. I have a sickness.) It's possibly also Hooters's new favorite time of year, as Cressida Bonas is wearing one of their tee shirts.
