It's boring. Am I crazy? I don't mind the shoes, but not with that shirt. I think the shirt looks like a napkin bib, but I also like the idea of it with the skirt. AND she has a regular job now that Grandfathered got a whole season. The thing is, he somehow doesn't seem any less formal, despite ostensibly BEING less formal. I admit I wasn't a fan of his character on Parks and Rec, but "Billy on the Street" is funny.
