You might think this is just a simple red sheath, with a hint of glitter, and then a fireworks display happening on her torso in the vein of a skater doing a really terrible routine to "Stars and Stripes Forever."

Except for the eye-makeup, which looks like one of those pranks where someone put shoe polish on the binoculas to figure out who's been peeping into the boys' locker room. BUSTED, SHAY.

Oooh, nice purple. And I'm fascinated by that necklace. Or is it part of the dress? Either way, it's groovy -- like she owns a lizard pet that nestles around her neck, except it's made of jewels, and thus, is not creepy.
