Mischa Barton

I swear to god, this isn't even the first time she's worn this. It certainly isn't the first time we've seen this particular dress. And I have NEVER liked it. But there are only so many Colonel Sanders jokes within me.

Lisa Vanderpump

I don't care, I love her.

Julian Sands

I don't care, I used to REALLY LOVE HIM. Primarily because of this. (And, my god, everyone looks young in that; I guess A Room With a View IS...argh, 28 years old.)

Downtown Julie Brown

And of course there is nothing more sweepingly romantic and deeply swoony than Downtown Julie Brown (whose Union Jack shoes make me smile; I wish Alan Cumming would wear this suit out and about and they could meet up and twinsies).

Louise Roe

Very tasteful Louise. Thanks for not letting down the side. [For those of you who have asked, she is wearing Monika Chiang]

Lady Victoria Hervey

Remember Lady Victoria Hervey? She prompted our most popular Freaky Fug Friday contest -- BY FAR -- the time she started promoting e-cigs in weird outfits by loitering outside hotels. She's ALIVE!

Fugs and Fabs of the Brit Week Launch
For the past eight years, there's been this thing in Los Angeles called Brit Week, where we all speak in fake English accents. Not really. I'm not actually entirely sure WHAT Brit Week is, except...we like the British, so why not devote a week to them? It might be a PR-driven thing? I really do not know at all, and I'm not sure why no one has sent me a press release explaining it, considering that in the last five minutes, we've gotten press releases for, like, Whitney Houston's vocal coach (seriously) and what Bronx Wentz wore to the park (also seriously). But I'm glad for it, because parties happen and then people wear things. [Photos: Getty]
