This image of these shoes will get me through many a long, cold, envious winter night (except I live in LA, so... you know, "cold"). They are fabulous. They are Fawkes the Phoenix in shoe form.

Christie herself also looks pretty damn fabulous.

That cutout is some hideous Pretty Woman sadness, and also I wrote this at 1:30 a.m. after having had two enormous pours of wine and I'm just amazed I spelled her name right.

OH COME ON.

All of this seems very shiny and poorly made, which means... can we be real? It might be Target. And I say that as a person who has bought a lot of potentially too-shiny and probably poorly made stuff at Target. We all are suckers for Target in our own ways.

I DO feel like this kind of event is off-brand for Rufus. In the sense that I am concerned he got lost.

Her dress may be slowly removing itself.

This shot of the coat makes me think of the underside of a rug, or of a needlepoint. And how, specifically, you are never MEANT to see the underside, because no one wants to see how that sausage gets made. It's not terribly informative sausage; it's just distracting sausage. DID I MENTION I HAD WINE.

Objectively she looks fine, but I also don't really like any single piece here, much less any of it together. Also the wispy bangs detract from her face.

Oh sweet holy Muppet bags of terror.

She looks totally normal by comparison.

And La looks damned professional. I love you, Queen. Would YOU like wine? I know where we can get a lot of it.
