The cap sleeve is a bit precious, and also, the juxtaposition of that fitted shoulder with the blousier bodice is discordant for me. I might've made it without the cap sleeves, and had the diamond strip turn into straps that run down the back. And made the top sleeker, I think. And her hair might be refried bedhead. I've been watching the Dawson's Creek reruns on POP lately, and I think Michelle Williams is so interesting on that show -- there's a weird maturity to her that suggests she was just waiting for time to catch up to her aura so that she could do larger things. It's interesting. This dress looks a bit like an explosion at the handbag chain factory, but...
