All lined up like that, they look like they're taking a bow at the Tonys after performing the inspiring number "Top of the Key" from a musical called *Power Forward*. ## 1\. Ben Simmons, LSU, to the 76ers ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/06/GettyImages-542642202.jpg) Simmons has been the presumptive first pick for a while now, despite knocks on his outside shooting and questions about whether he dogged it for part of LSU's season (which is only, what, a third of a pro slate?). He is also a) Australian, and b) LSU's second top draft pick, the other being some totally inconsequential guy named Shaquille. Ben looks both very dapper, and as if he's EXTREMELY interested in getting out of there and looking at his new housing options on Realtor.com. But also, he KNEW he was going to Philly, pretty much. And yet he didn't even try to nod to his destination with his outfit. Use the tools you are given, dude. ## 2\. Brandon Ingram, Duke, to the LA Lakers ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/06/GettyImages-542642944.jpg) Ingram was a one-and-done at Duke, so he's only 18\. I hope he has good advisors. Having a ton of money and ALL the youth on your side is a tough combo in Los Angeles. I feel like that's what Arthur Slugworth over there is hissing at him through clenched teeth. (PS: That is Adam Silver, the NBA commissioner.) I kinda dig the jacket. I want to run my hand down the sleeve to find out what texture it is. I have a feeling he will really enjoy LA's shopping scene. ## 3\. Jaylen Brown, Cal, to the Boston Celtics ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/06/GettyImages-542643110.jpg) This poor kid got BOOED. Well, HE didn't. The draft was in Boston, and I gather the fans didn't like this unexpected pick, considered something of a reach. The dreaded Colin Cowherd on FOX Sports radio seemed high on Brown as one of those guys where people would look back and wonder why he wasn't ranked higher, so we'll see, Celtics. He at least tried to bring a genial suit game on this evening. Be thankful he cares. His comment was that he wanted something to "complement timeless." Sure! ## 4\. Dragan Bender, Croatia, to the Phoenix Suns ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/06/GettyImages-542643618.jpg) He ALSO went way higher than anyone expected (he's been playing in Israel, I guess, so nobody really knows what he'll do here). We mostly need to discuss his pants. Does the distance from his waistband to his crotch seem like a MARATHON to anyone else? Did he SPILL something on the pants that are meant to go with that suit? ## 5\. Kris Dunn, Providence, to the Minnesota Timberwolves ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/06/GettyImages-542652306.jpg) THIS is the kid wearing Gucci shoes and a custom JC Penney suit, both of which he thanked in his interview. The Penney people apparently took pieces of his high-school jersey and sewed them into the lining of the jacket, which is why he's flashing it. That's really sweet to his high school, and also kind of a kiss-off to Providence, no? ## 6\. Buddy Hield, Oklahoma, to the New Orleans Pelicans ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/06/GettyImages-542652860.jpg) Buddy here has "Buddy Buckets" pinned on the inside of HIS JC Penney suit. I was hoping maybe that was the name of his favorite restaurant, but no, it's his nickname. It's very silly when the rest of him is so snazzy, but whatever, the draft should be fun. All these guys need to work on undershirts that are less distracting when they flash us, though. ## 8\. Marquese Chriss, Washington, to the Phoenix Suns ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/06/GettyImages-542653076.jpg) The Suns traded for this pick -- that's TWO high ones already to Phoenix -- and they got a guy they obviously prized for his taste in [weaponized tie pins](https://twitter.com/TheNBPA/status/746097239706181632?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). ## 10\. Thon Maker, Canada, to the Milwaukee Bucks ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/06/GettyImages-542653842.jpg) That tie only makes sense to me with this suit if he magically knew he would be wearing that hat. ## 11\. Is it two squeezes and THEN a chest-bump?" ## 12\. Taurean Prince, Baylor, to the Atlanta Hawks ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/06/GettyImages-542655176.jpg) I bet this guy is DESPERATELY hoping not to have to talk about Baylor athletics ever again. I just want to reach out and fix his tie and his shirt, which have both gone kerflooey on him. ## 13\. Wade Baldwin IV, Vanderbilt, to the Memphis Grizzlies ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/06/GettyImages-542656604.jpg) The necklace on the outside of the shirt is a little odd to me, but I LOVE the lapel pin. Also, please look at HIS fingers. They are turning red clutching Adami Silver's. Are they all trying to out-grip each other? ## 18\. I wonder what the story is there (didn't see it online). He sort of looks like he has been crying. Son, Detroit has a lot of nice things about it. And your shirt is creative. EMBRACE THE NOW. ## 19\. I hope he can play basketball as well as he can hawk Dr. Comfortable's Spectaculous, Splendaculous, Fantaculously Brashculously 100 Percent Original Bunion-Shrinking Youth Tonic. Also, that is not his hand in his pocket, and he cannot see me to be happy or sad or feel ANYTHING about it, so... I don't know what's in there, but it's making some room for itself. ## 20\. He's actually doing okay with it, but it looks a smidge tight. As they usually all do. Very high degree of difficulty, Malachi. You are bold. ## 24\. I mean, I'm sure the one underneath is actually a vest or a waistcoat, but I'm sweating just looking at it. ## 29\. He actually kinda comes off like he'd given up hope of being drafted and taken off his suit, and then had to rush it back on again. But you made it, kid! And to an actual good team.
