I wish she weren't wearing that choker -- it's fighting with the neckline and it also looks like a wee version of her belt, like she's decided to just cinch her neck -- but this is Not Horrible. It does sort of seem like what I expect Katy Perry will wear out by the pool fifty years from now, after she and John Mayer have been married and divorced seven times.
I find that neckline challenging because unless you wear your hair up, it looks as though it's disappearing into a black hole. That being said, this is rather cute as well.
Somewhere a pirate is missing his boots, and a Cosby is missing his sweater.
This whole thing feels French for "eh, whatever."
And this is a weird picture of her, facially -- in all of the pictures in our subscription where you could also see her whole outfit, she looks sort of dazed. DAZED BY CHANEL -- but this outfit is completely Wearable By A Real Person in a great way.
It's actually kind of really refreshing to see celebs showing up at this thing wearing Chanel the way a lot of actual (rich young) people wear Chanel -- with jeans, casually.
Hi Anna!
How many pairs of those shoes do you think she has? Like....50? I know we make fun of her for wearing them all the time, but I also kind of love that. It's extremely normal; don't we all have a pair of shoes that we've worn down to the nubs?
This actually might be the best she's ever looked to me. The bracelets! The giant sweater! The glasses in hand! Her face -- it's so pretty!
She's a Thai princess who fled to England after her parents separated, but then, per Sir Wikipedia: "she later was taken by her father from England and brought back to Thailand," so that was probably dramatic and possibly terrible, given that she was surely in love with some young snarky handsome English dude, and now they can never be together AND she's being forced to wear a jumpsuit.
This dress is ALSO adorable, except I am pretty sure you're not meant to be wearing it with a mega push-up bra, Stacy.
Tao's the one who just agreed to wear whatever Chanel sent over and did not take one look at it and think, "I have notes."
