Interesting color combo. She looks like Easter, but in a way that I mean as a compliment. She's the FUN parts of Easter -- Paas, Humbug Rabbit, Cadbury Mini-Eggs -- as opposed to the awful parts, like Peeps.
I might love this. The cape is so dramatic, but in a delightful way, and you know how I feel about green.

Wait a minute. This is... restrained. I never thought I'd see it. I'm not sure it's all that deftly made at the waist, but it certainly fits her snugly and is classy and not particularly confusing nor lingerie-like, which... listen, baby steps.
This is a very elaborate shoulder sling indeed.
What an awesome color. But it's... somehow it's not sitting right. Is it the bodice? Is it the Goth lipstick and uninspired hair? Whither the rub?

Her expression seems to suggest she finds this cheesy, but at least it fits better than her weirdo Globes dress. which made her look pregnant. Oh, but pregnant Kalinda would be intriguing, as long as it wasn't with her terrible ex. Let's get her sprogged up with Cary.
I can't tell if this is groovy, or a mauling. Or both.

This is pretty, but is it just me, or would it look better if it hit at her natural waist?

I can't get over how gorgeous she still is. The dress... hmm. The shade of yellow is a shade off for me, and something about the design makes me want to see where EITHER the top OR the bottom would have gone if it had its own dress.

I love Chandra Wilson SO MUCH. Like, so much. When she hosted the Soap Opera Digest Awards red-carpet stuff on SoapNet, it was a DELIGHT. The best. She was such a fan, but not obsequiously so -- just, respectful and excited and knowledgeable. Love. I just wish I liked the stretchy panel here. It doesn't seem worthy of her.

I also love Loretta. I came as close as I was going to get to crying when her character... did things... on Grey's. (Don't ask me why I'm being spoiler-delicate; I guess because this is not a post where you'd expect to read Grey's spoilers.) But I HATE this gown. It looks like someone ordered a Mylar balloon to match their bathroom wallpaper and then forced her to wear it.
I like this better than I expected to. I can't say the same about her show, the warmed-over Revenge knockoff Deception. But only because I haven't actually seen it. I forgot it was happening. Whoops. Sorry, Meagan. We'll always have Stomp The Yard.

Check out Rue from The Hunger Games. So pretty.
Sure, why not. It's not blowing me away, but it's not making me cry, either.

I like the cut better than her SAGs dress, but not the color. It's too bland on someone as grand as she.

This is SO something her First Lady character would wear. It's actually quite lovely, but something I'd expect to see on a lady a decade or two her senior. Like, anywhere from Helen Mirren to Jessica Lange to Sally Field at the Oscars.
Well, Melrose Place may not have worked out for her, and that may chase her around for the rest of her life -- she's the Vanessa Williams who somehow made the ORIGINAL Vanessa Williams add an initial to her credit -- but at least she looks good.
