## Danai Gurira

Danai Gurira actually has ANOTHER play that she wrote right now Off-Broadway (she also wrote Eclipsed, which was O-B until it moved to B in February). I love that she's this wonderfully cerebral playwright, and also a fierce warrior lady on The Walking Dead. She is proof you can be both and contain multitudes.

I am less enthusiastic about the multitudes this dress contains.

## Tamara Tunie

Speaking of Tamara Tunie. She is so very groovy.

## Leslie Odom Jr.

It would seem my boyfriend Aaron Burr has a wife. FINE THEN. No, seriously, it's fine. We'll wait for it.

## Maura Tierney

I love you, Maura Tierney. You seem to have NO IDEA what to put on your body sometimes. You deserve better than off-the-shoulder pajamas.

## Kimiko Glenn

Kimiko, I learned, is in *Waitress*, the musical based on the Keri Russell movie. It was sold out when we were in NYC, or else we'd have tried to see it. But she picked cute shoes, and for that we must cheer.

## Vicky Jeudy

And THOSE shoes might be navy blue?

I guess the OITNB ladies were there because Lea DeLaria hosted, and they did a big number with her. This dress is mostly forgettable, but I am happy to see her face. I missed it. I love her on that show.

## Emma Myles

This is cute, but it also looks a bit like The Obie Awards Brought To You By Modcloth.

[Fugs and Fabs: The Obie AwardsThe Obie Awards are for Off-Broadway theatre. Consider it a palate-tickler for the Tonys in June, including the presence of one Hamilton cast member. Hint: It's my boyfriend. No, not that one; my other boyfriend. One of them. Yes. \[Photos Getty\]![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/bf/b9/bfb99790-924d-4e41-a7e6-5e3c6e04fe57/content/images/static-gofugyourself-com/uploads/2016/05/gettyimages-533815810.jpg)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/fugs-and-fabs-the-obie-awards-05-2016/)
