It's gotten to where it's jarring when she's NOT in her gigantic Mellie hair. The dress is fun but, as much as I appreciate that the shoes are not your standard color, I'm not sure they're the right pick either. Too heavy, maybe? Too daytime-looking. They're luncheon shoes.

I'm good with all of these -- especially Aja Naomi King in the middle -- except that Liza's outfit is actually wide-legged pants, I believe, judging from other pictures. It's EXTREMELY Chico's, in a way that kind of surprises me on her, but would work on a yacht off the Florida coast. HOWEVER: Her makeup is so much better than it is on Pretty Little Lawyers. When she has the blonde hair, she does better with a smokier eye.

Both of these people are way cuter in this photograph than they look on How I Met Your Murder. Is that show a Hotness Suck, maybe?

A giant satin gift bag -- seriously, that is a big ol' bow in the back. It's... different for her, that's certain. Maybe she just fell in love with the clutch -- and rightly -- and decided it needed something monochrome and vaguely bananas.

Thank you for the metallic shoes, Shonda. You look great.

He is a total silver fox -- just a super cute Everyman type -- but something about the entire ensemble makes it seem like he's just WAITING to be a grandfather.

Never a fan of the frocks that make appear as if a gaggle of impractical tube tops is holding you hostage.

That bottom third looks like the rest of it is dry-heaving.

She is so pretty and was delightful when we spoke to her at Fashion Week; why does her hair look like it was cut with a weed-wacker? Also see-through top boring zzz I don't really like any of the traditional pizza meats.

Another charming person who I wish looked better, because she IS so much better than Messy, Messy Everywhere.

Good dress, boring shoes, TOTALLY forgot she had turned up on Grey's Anatomy (although I correctly predicted that when they cancelled Private Practice, hooray for me, medals ahoy).

She is SO lovely, and my God, I wish she had accessorized this better.

Still a dish.

You can take the boy away from Chuck Bartowski, but you can't take Chuck Bartowski away from the boy. (And a good thing, too. Long live Chuck.)

I believe this is supposed to be ethereal, but instead it comes off matronly.

And then Asher made this face. It doesn't matter why.

This would cost so much money at Paper Source, for just enough to wrap like a present and a half.

Oof, that sweater might as well be a straitjacket.

She is the bee's knees, and I love her for using this as a platform for orange shoes.

I would have worn closed-toe shoes with the tights. But, whatever. Jamie Lee Curtis is still my favorite, in a global sense.

That skirt is a pelvis-ruiner.

She's so fab that it makes me sorry I quit Grey's... wait, no, that's a lie, I will never be sorry about that.

I just wish this was a mini-skirt or something.

This designer REALLY should have spent more money on fabric dye.

Portia is the sister of Empire's Kaitlin, and... this is veering into Culottes Romper territory. It is ALSO one of those things that only really works on a boat somewhere really disgustingly great, like St. Tropez or something, where any old crazy thing you wear suddenly looks cosmopolitan and nautical.

That is QUITE a blouse. Put it back before Hagrid notices.

Max is on "The Mysteries of Laura," and I honestly think this outfit should be her first case of season two.

She looks totally saucy, and a bit like she's going to dance to Whitesnake or something.

They grow up so fast. I actually like the skirt but want to raze that peplum.

Oh, God, no. EVERYTHING is a no. From the top to the shoes, THERE IS NO SAFE PLACE.

Herve Leger meets a wicker chair.

Is that tie a different pattern on each end (so that one is in back and one is in front)?

Another lady I can thank for not wearing white shoes with this.
