Man, EVERYONE has to have a cape or contrasting train these days. All things in moderation, good people! Take it slow.

I know we can't ONLY style yellow dresses with a red lip, but be honest: Don't you think she needs a red lip?

That is an exceedingly lovely frock, that needs exceedingly better shoes.

Sheer leggings. THE HORROR. (We've seen such things before but it never fails to aggrieve.)

I would ALSO change up her makeup, of course. And ditch the hated topknot. But she's selling this way better than I would have expected; I don't love pockets on white garments, though, because you can ALWAYS see the liner and it really ruins the line of the clothes.

Hoik it, girl. Hoik it good.

This is a cousin to a href="https://www.gofugyourself.com/golden-globes-wtf-bellamy-young-in-solace-london-01-2016">Bellamy Young's disastrous Globes gown, and I do think it's possible women of a certain cup size just shouldn't go here. It needs to lay flatter than a larger chest will let it.

Schoolmarm-chic. Except not that chic.

She looks GREAT in this. I wish any number of people had purloined this for the Globes. Picture it on Kate Hudson, for instance.

Sure! I appreciate this effort, no question.

And I ALSO see where she was going with this, but... I wouldn't do it again.

From the front, I thought, "Huh, okay, this might work."

From the side, it looks a bit more slip-shod.

She may have gotten off very easy with this one.

As did she. The bodice is a little goofy, but she's carrying it, and it looks comfortable. I also suspect she would give one hell of a red lipstick tutorial.
