Naeem was there, presumably as a representative of a brand FLOTUS often likes to wear. The color of Ranjana's dress is so pretty, but WOW did it need a different nipple situation. Honestly, the fabric looks to be about as expensive as what Express used to make dresses back when I was 21\. It is not putting up a fight AT ALL against the chill.

I actually sort of like this dress. And, despite lifetime opposition, I'm getting used to the blond hair on her. This will come as a great relief to her when Jess brings it up at The Conclave of the Jessicas.
