I'd normally close with this shot, but sometimes you need to kick things off with a jovial thumbs-up. I still maintain that he is bad casting for this role, although I also (paradoxically) think he is quite good in these films. I just have a fondness for The Hutch.

I like the fabric of this suit, and I enjoy it very much conceptually, but it might be a wee snug?

I wish this didn't have armpit-holes -- what's the point of a long-sleeved gown if you have to shave your pits?! It's winter! --but otherwise, I LOVE this. It's slightly weird in a way I appreciate, and so graphically perfect for this movie.

She looks like an alien queen in this -- in a good way. I swear, that's a compliment!

And while I adore her -- and she is such a risk taker, it thrills me -- this feels a bit drab and dreary. It's overwhelming. It's one of those rare dresses that somehow make the wearer's head look too small.

Do his suit pants seem a little too low-waisted? Regardless: HELLO, HANDSOME.

Bless Donald Sutherland for not cheaping out on the Man Drama. He looks grand, and also like he could fall into a wormhole into 1890 and he could totally figure out how to make his way home without having to explain his Clothes of the Future to anyone. In fairness, I would actually believe that Donald Sutherland IS a time traveller, actually.
