The dress under this getup is actually fine, but if Katy Perry's new aesthetic is going to be *Grey Gardens*, then we are in for some amusement this year. I might actually welcome it. The thing is, she looks wacko here, but also pretty darn good.

This is a pretty idea, but I'm not sure the pants fit very well. It MIGHT be light glinting off the zipper? But it gives the effect of them not closing properly.
