I actually sort of like all the different bits of this, but together, it's edging over to goofy. She sort of looks like she's on her way to a jam session for a really bad jazz band.

I like this dress also -- I find this event appealing, in terms of Day Dresses, which are my favorite sort of dresses -- but that is totally the bag she carried out the night before, and then forgot to swap out for another one.
