I actually sort of like all the different bits of this, but together, it's edging over to goofy. She sort of looks like she's on her way to a jam session for a really bad jazz band.

On the other hand, I LOVE this. She could look like a picnic table, but this is great.

Does German have a word for "I know someone else has worn this and I liked it even though I knew I shouldn't; I can't remember who, now." I STILL kind of like if, even though it's totally Sexy Miss Havisham.

This is the outfit that reminded me it's actually October in Los Angeles, even though this looks more like July. (It wasn't AS warm as it has been lately on Saturday.)

I am very slightly concerned that this is pants and not a maxi skirt, but I have decided to live in denial.

I like this dress also -- I find this event appealing, in terms of Day Dresses, which are my favorite sort of dresses -- but that is totally the bag she carried out the night before, and then forgot to swap out for another one.

Sure! I can roll with this!

This is very much like Polo Sponsored By Free People, but it works on her. Like, I understand the story she is trying to tell here.

Also, sure! Okay! Fine! (Although that bag also feels really evening for a daytime, outdoors event. Why am I so cranky about people's bags today? I need more coffee.)

And then Olivier Hudson showed up in sunglasses, with his very cute and VERY UNIMPRESSED little girl.
