Florence Welch in Gucci

This pink is such a good color. It's hard to evaluate Florence SUPER objectively because she is very dedicated to her aesthetic. Do I find this attractive? No, but it's EXACTLY in line with what she likes to do, namely, dress as if she's moments away from leading a class in making your own zither so that you can better play the earth a symphony by twilight on the next harvest moon.

Ashley Graham in Tadashi Shoji

Whereas Ashley seems to be going with more of the same in a less thrillingly individual way.

Ellie Goulding in Marchesa

Ellie's shoes are great. Her dress is a BIT like she covered herself in glue and then had a pillow fight, but maybe she DID. I don't know her life. It's possible Florence's zither-making classes and sacrifices to Mother Earth included defiling a lot of bedding.

Amy Schumer

By now, we all know how Amy feels about fashion, but in case you missed it, I'm pretty sure she's glaring it out of her eyeballs right here. This doesn't look terrible on her, but I also don't think it does her too many favors. The dress is a bit boxy. It feels like she's decided not to play this game. Which is fine, I guess, but these things are an inevitability and I feel like the right stylist could REALLY help her have at least a LITTLE fun with it.

Winnie Harlow in DSquared2

This feels a bit like an experimental Target blazer is being turned into something else.

Bella Hadid in Boss

This is beautiful, and she looks gorgeous, but when you have a beige dress on someone who has ZERO affect, the result is a visual nap no matter HOW lovely she is.

Lily Cole in Luisa Beccaria

I think Florence Welch has found her next May Queen.

Kelly Rohrbach in Giambattista Valli

Kelly is in the new Baywatch movie, apparently. This is very pretty, albeit a tad tipsy on her; I think the high-low is too stark, though. It's a mullet that's TOO short in the front and too untended in the back. It's a Joe Dirt mullet.

Alison Moyet

Alison Moyet (of Yaz fame, before she went solo and the other dude formed Erasure)! And in a great coat! It's nice to see you Alison. I remember watching her on Top of the Pops when "Alf" came out in the '80s. I had to be convinced she was the same person who sang "Only You," because back then, we didn't have Wikipedia to back us up on anything. We just had WARS OF WORDS.
