Yaya is the most successful graduate of America's Next Top Model -- arguably; I could make a case for Annaleigh Tipton -- and here, she is proving that she looks pretty good even whilst wearing a napkin.

This perfectly encapsulates all that is floaty about Vanessa Hudgens. She looks like the girl who will offer to read your tarot cards at a baby shower. In a good way.

This makes me miss Blair Waldorf. Also in a good way.

Does it makes sense to wear black tights with a crop top, seasonally speaking? Asking for a friend. And that friend is the lovely and talented Constance Wu.

She looks totally boss -- as usual -- in this. Both in the sense of "awesome" and in the sense that this makes me wish TER was also in a TV show wherein she stormed into boardrooms and laid down the law.

This is fairly unimpeachable on her, no? (I am a person who has somehow never seen one second of Once Upon a Time, but I have fondness for her thanks to to the late, lamented Swingtown.)

This is pleasantly saucy!

Props for not shying away from a bracelet, but that neckline is making ME feel claustrophobic.

That clutch! Be mine.

This seems to be one of those rare jumpsuits that I like well enough to let pass without complaint. I also think she is GREAT on Jane the Virgin.

At some point in her getting dressed for this, I feel like at least one person in the room said the words, "thank god for boob tape." Listen, it IS a miracle invention. Bonus points for good earrings, too.

Her free skate is gonna be AMAZING.

I call this look, "80% Business, 20% Bedroom." It ALSO works if you're in a dramatic soap opera that involves storming into boardrooms and causing a scene.

I wish Bresha had worn, say, yellow shoes with this, but otherwise: This dress is REALLY cute on her.

Miranda Otto also works at the bad-ass law firm headed up by Tracee Ellis Ross. I do NOT want anything to happen to Black-ish, but is there a way so we can have both? I want to see so many women at this event storm into rooms dramatically.

Okay, so basically EVERYONE here needs to be in my nighttime soap that is 80% scenes of people storming into rooms dramatically. Because this cape and that bag are MADE to storm into a room.

She looks nice in this, but shall be storming no where in it.

It takes a LOT to pull off a cropped jumpsuit so elegantly. I am impressed.

This looks like one of those outfits that you'd find yourself absent-mindedly rubbing all night long.

At least one person always gets to wear the Sartorial Salute to the Black and White Cookie at these things.

Abigail! I need to know more about these shoes!

LAVERNE WINS THIS SLIDESHOW.
