At some point, Rihanna had on this elaborate corset top, but she soon scrapped it in favor of a pairing her satin genie pants and platforms with some Toto-inspired lingerie.

I knew it would be controversial that I didn't instantly loathe Zoe K's partially see-through metallic Met Gala gown, but from my perspective... I get so tired bleating on about how everything sheer is bad. How boring to write, much less read. So I tried to take a step back and see whether I thought she was at least making it slinky and interesting, and I decided she was. She changed into something much more innocuous here, though... and then paired it with silver sparkly ski boots.

She looks like she went for comfort more than innovation, which I approve of at a post-party where you're probably a little tipsy. I don't mind this, although there's not much to mind.

I thought Gigi (the blonde) looked so classy at the gala, and she looks the EXACT OPPOSITE here. This smells like Planet Kardashia.

Wow, that is a micro-micro-mini. And I don't like the shoes, really. But the dress itself DOES look nice on her. Surely for sanitary comfort it demands a couple extra inches and still would've been fetching?

This seems right. I assume she's dressed like this about 90 percent of the time.

Well. Somebody bought an extended ticket for the sleeper car on the Crazy Train.

Because if you slap some mesh and a brand name on it, then it's automatically worth wearing. But please, I beg you, drink in the post-apocalyptic denim she's sporting.

They are just... not a garment. They are a shard. Let's please not wear shards.
