Krysten Ritter

While this color is lovely on her, I fear this looks like a bridesmaid's dress she hacked up in attempt to wear it again, and the proportions are totally cracked. She looks like she has no legs in this photo. Can we hold hope that perhaps it was better in person?

AnnaLynne "Drunkface" McCord

Drunkface, on the other hand, looks like the Villainess in a John Hughes movie, which isn't ENTIRELY an insult, in part because if we were all sucked through a wormhole in time to 1986, I think ol' Drunkface would have had a stellar career AS a villain in teen movies. And speaking of the 80s, villains, and McCord, she is apparently joining the cast of Dallas, which is news I find DELIGHTFUL. PLEASE let her be evil.

Eva Amurri

This is the old, "I have no idea what to wear to this thing...Little Black Dress to the rescue!" We've all done it. Some of you might be doing it right now, with a cardigan, at work. Don't lie.

Camilla Belle

When you've got eyebrows like Camilla Belle, is it really practical to then get a haircut that covers essentially your entire face? I vote no. I vote yes, however, on her Oscar de la Renta, which I handpicked for Kate Middleton as a branch-out into pattern, but hey! They're both brunettes, so close enough, right?

JEWELERY

And then I fell into a jewelry k-hole and guess what? You're coming with me.

Tiaras!

The info card here says this is a replica of a tiara belonging to Farah Pahlavi, who is the exiled queen/empress of Iran. You know I can never resist the urge to Wiki the rich and hopefully scandalous and that's how I can tell you that her grandfather was ambassador to the Romanovs, she was photographed wearing a fur turban just prior to when she and the Shah fled Iran, and she wrote an autobiography that the New York Times claimed was "angry and full of bitterness," as if that's not a plus for an autobiography.

Shiny!

This is going to look amazing over your black turtleneck at that fondue/key party you're going to later this month.

Pearls!

I envision you wearing this at your wedding. You are going to be a beautiful bride.

YES.

I plan to wear this with everything after I steal this from the museum I MEAN NEVER MIND.

More Tiaras!

I have no idea what the origin of this shiny shiny item might be, but that doesn't take away from its shininess.

Chokers!

This is the PERFECT accessory for a party at which you intend to bring shame and ruin upon your rivals.

More Necklaces

PRETTY.

Necklaces!

And this will be GLORIOUS with your caftan.

Fugs, Fabs, and Fines (Plus Jewelry) of A Quest for Beauty: The Art Of Van Cleef & Arpels
Well, I MEANT to just show you the outfits from this event but then I got sucked into the pictures of the jewelry and...I don't know. I just couldn't deprive you of looking at extremely expensive necklaces and tiaras on a gloomy Monday. [Photos: Getty]
